    It seems that you have two student accounts and the one that had completed the virtual mocks was archived. I have unarchived that student now, so please have another look in your Parent account as the results should now be available in the Tests tab. Full feedback will only become available after 7pm (GMT) tonight. If you need further help, please use the form on our contact us page as we might need to mention specific account details.

    Please contact us via our contact form for personalised assistance. It is likely that you already completed Tests A earlier in the year, so your booking will need to be converted to Tests E if you have already completed Tests A-D.

    One reason Tests C might not show for you is if you have already done Tests C on an earlier date. Please kindly contact us via our contact form for queries specific to your virtual mock bookings so we can assist you timeously.

    In order to play games you need to add a student. The games can only be played from the student account.

    The games require adobe flash to run. Unfortunately adobe flash is being phased out by most browsers but it is still possible to use it. I would recommend using a non-apple device (apple will not run flash at all) and Chrome as your browser. To enable flash in chrome, please check out this article.

    We are in the process of updating the games so that they will run on all browsers.

    You need to be able to log in to your student account to do the virtual mocks.

    You were logged into your Parent account when writing this forum post. Do you know how to log in to your student account?
    If not, please get in touch via our contact us form to request support with logging in.
    If you can log in to the student account, go to ‘My 11Plus’ in the top menu to get to the student dashboard.

    Each question has instructions saying: “Read this passage and then answer the questions” or something similar, where the words ‘Read this passage’ are a link. So if you click that link, the passage will open in a new tab. You can assign the test again and no credits will be deducted since it is the same test to the same student.
