There seems to be a problem relating to you having two parent accounts (one of which is the main parent account that has not been verified, nor purchased any credits). Please confirm whether you require both parent accounts or only actually the one that HAS made an order i.e. the account that you were logged into when writing this forum post?

The issue has now been resolved and the test has been assigned again, so your student should now be able to complete the test online. Please let us know if you experience any further issues.
Tests B will be the same at the test centres and in the virtual mocks. So it would be best to book for tests C and D at the test centre. Go to My 11Plus > Dashboard > My Downloads
Click on the link to the worksheets

There was a recent website update and sometimes a browser can cache old versions of the site and cause things not to work. So please could you try visiting 11plus.co.uk and then do a ‘hard refresh’ (ctrl+F5 on windows OR ⌘ Cmd and ⇧ Shift and R on mac). This will force your browser to download the latest version of our online system. Please let us know if this resolves the problem?
@kiran_chava2003 You seem to have two Parent accounts. An email has been sent to you via our Support Ticketing system as it contains more info about your accounts. If you do not receive it, please kindly check your spam folder.
@Mindlemoo – I see a response to you support ticket about your password was sent to you on the 4th August at 2:15pm which should hopefully have resolved your issue. Test scores cannot be removed, however you can reassign any test to be completed again.
@aspirehometutors If you have already assigned tests to your daughter, that means a Student account already exists for her. You will need to log out of your parent/tutor account and let her log in using her username and the password you set for her when creating her account. If you can’t remember the password you can change it by clicking ‘edit’ on the student account under My 11 Plus > My Students.

COAsT (Chuckra Online Assessment Tool) will be upgraded next week and the 2015 mock papers will be made available after that. So the 2015 Mock Tests are not currently available, but they will be available to assign to your student from the end of next week.

The time of 12 minutes for the long comprehension includes reading the passage.
Section 6 and 7 each have only 10 questions. Thank you for spotting this. A revised version has now been uploaded should you wish to reprint the paper.
CEM tends to vary which subjects are included in each paper. So this paper (A1) does not include NVR, but the CEM practice paper (A2) which will be released in the next couple of weeks will include NVR.
