The games require adobe flash to run. You can get the latest version here…
You might also have to answer yes to allow Flash to run in your browser as the page loads.
On Apple devices, you’ll need to install Photon Browser to run the Flash games.
The main thing is to just give your best effort. Even if the paper seems difficult, stay calm and keep going. I’m sure you’ll do well.

I’ve just looked at your account. The last order was for COAsT credits. Credits are used to assign tests to your student either to do online or (where applicable) to print. There is no option in COAsT to download tests as such.
Are you having trouble assigning or printing tests?

Hi there. Please refresh the page a few times and try again now. There was an issue with entering dates. Should be fixed now.
I just chose a few of your students at random and was able to log in. Please could you use the contact us page to let us know which username and passwords you told them to use (do not reply here on the forum with usernames and passwords!)
Student usernames cannot be changed by you but if you send us a private message via the contact us page then we can change them for you.
You had ‘archived’ the student therefore their tests weren’t showing. I unarchived the student so now the tests should appear in their account.
Also, I’m not sure when you bought the credits but they expire after 1 year so if you bought them a long time ago that might be the case.
I can’t see any payment received from your account. Usually when this happens it’s because people have created duplicate accounts on 11plus.co.uk and they are logging in to the wrong one. Is that possible in your case? Do you have another account on 11plus.co.uk?
The kamalbains1982 account has no orders and no students.
Please use the contact us page to let us know the details of both your daughter’s accounts that need merging. There is another account with your daughter’s name but I just need you to confirm the details.
I checked the other errors you reported and I agree with you. We are waiting to hear back from the publisher. Hopefully we will have updated papers soon.

The GetSelected range of papers were not written by Chuckra (this is why the other person who responded to you was not familiar with them) but we were assured they had been through thorough testing by the publisher. I have checked Q33 on the Maths paper and I agree that the answer should be C. I will check through the rest of the questions you mentioned and arrange for appropriate edits to be made.

You had created duplicate accounts on 11plus.co.uk and only one of them had credits. You were logging in to the one without credits. I have responded to you by email with more details.
The score wouldn’t change but the ranks might change as more and more students complete the mock tests. In simple terms…the next group of students might perform better or worse than your child’s group and therefore your child could be ranked slightly lower or higher. This is why we recommend checking the ranks after each weekend to see if the new wave of students has affected your child’s rank.
In your case you probably checked the results very soon after they were released. Then a bunch of new results must have come in from a different test centre an hour or so later, affecting your child’s ranking.
