I am an experienced specialist tutor in preparing children for the Trafford and Manchester grammar schools’ entrance exams/11+. I have an Enhanced DBS check. I was Head of Key Stage 2 in a small independent school and have also taught all the Junior years and GCSE English. I have been successfully tutoring children for grammar schools’ entrance exams/11+ and gaining excellent results for many years.
From September 2026, I will no longer provide regular 11+ tuition. Instead, I am offering parents a bespoke, bookable consultation service. This is to support and guide parents through all stages of the preparation that is needed for the Trafford 11+ and Manchester independent school exams, making full use of my experience. This will provide a friendly, helpful support to parents who are overseeing their own children’s 11+ preparation or to those who just need some extra advice.
