Resetting your Parent / Tutor password

Resetting Student passwords
If you are the owner of the Student account (i.e. you are not simply a viewer – the student account must belong to you), you can reset a Student’s password from within your Parent or Tutor account. To reset a Student’s password, follow these steps:
- Ensure you are logged in to your Parent or Tutor account.
- Go to My 11PLUS, then to the My Students tab.
- Locate the student whose details you want to change.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button.
- The student’s details should pop up, and you can enter and then confirm their new password.
There will also be a ‘login’ button next to each student in ‘My Students’ so you can log in to the Student account from your Parent account.
