Hi Cheryl, I just logged in to your account and was able to add a student with no problems. Please could you let us know more info about your problem.
Were there any error messages?
Have you tried multiple times?
Did you fill in all the required fields?
The button at the bottom of the add student page should read ‘Add Student’ not ‘save’. Just wondering if you are in the right place.
What type of device are you using (iPad, PC, Mac etc)
What browser are you using?
You might have an older version of the site cached in your browser. If you know how to do a hard refresh then that might fix it.
