Hello Bibdiya-nair,
To add your student to your parent account you would have needed to put in her username and create a password for her – without doing this she doe not have an account.
Go to ‘MY 11PLUS’ and students, then click on ‘add student’ to fill in your daughter’s details and make a username, password etc.
