An account allows you access to Chuckra 11+ Online, where you can add students and then:
- Print papers/worksheets
- Assign online tests
- Book mock exams

I cannot verify my email address
When you registered, we sent you an email containing a link that you need to click to verify your email address. Remember to check your junk mail folder in case our email ended up there for some reason and please add it to your safelist.
If you do not receive a verification email, please contact us.
I have NOT received an email from 11plus.co.uk
To make sure you receive email communication from us, follow the instructions below and please add the domains 11plus.co.uk and chuckra.com to your Safe Senders List (a list of email addresses or domains with which you want to communicate).
With unsolicited and unwanted email becoming a larger problem, email services have made their spam filters more stringent. Unfortunately, these tougher guidelines for filtering can cause legitimate emails to be mistaken as spam.

How do I change my password?
Passwords for Parent/Tutor accounts can be changed on your profile page when logged in.
Student passwords can be changed from a Parent/Tutor account by going to My Students and then editing the Student’s details.
My account is set to the wrong user type (Parent, Tutor or Student). Can I change this?
By mistake, some Students have registered themselves as Parents/Tutors or vice versa. You can contact us to get this changed.
What happened to the orders I made before the new website launched?
All your orders are safely stored in our shop. Credits purchased within the last year have been converted accordingly and can be viewed in My 11PLUS under My Account.
