Using 11plus.co.uk 

Registering

Before you can use certain features on 11plus.co.uk, you will need to create an account. An account allows you to:

  • Access our online testing system, COAsT – print or assign online tests
  • Comment, ask questions or participate in online discussions
  • Rate and review resources
  • Make purchases in our Online Shop

I have forgotten my login details

Don’t worry. Lots of people do this! You can recover your login details:

How do I change my password?

Passwords for Parent/Tutor accounts can be changed on your profile page when logged in.

Student passwords can be changed from a Parent/Tutor account by going to My Students and then editing the Student’s details. 

My account is set to the wrong user type (Parent, Tutor or Student). Can I change this?

By mistake, some Students have registered themselves as Parents/Tutors or vice versa. You can contact us to get this changed.

What happened to the orders I made before the new site launched?

All your orders are safely stored in our old shop. All credits have been transferred and can be viewed in My Dashboard under My Credits.

We are busy working on making a history of your orders from the old shop available, but if you need to know anything about your orders in the meantime, please contact us via Live Help.
