To make sure you receive email communication from us, follow the instructions below and please add the domains and to your Safe Senders List (a list of email addresses or domains with which you want to communicate).

With unsolicited and unwanted email becoming a larger problem, email services have made their spam filters more stringent. Unfortunately, these tougher guidelines for filtering can cause legitimate emails to be mistaken as spam.

I have forgotten my login details

Don’t worry. Lots of people do this! You can recover your login details:

How do I change my password?

Passwords for Parent/Tutor accounts can be changed on your profile page when logged in.

Student passwords can be changed from a Parent/Tutor account by going to My Students and then editing the Student’s details. 

My account is set to the wrong user type (Parent, Tutor or Student). Can I change this?

By mistake, some Students have registered themselves as Parents/Tutors or vice versa. You can contact us to get this changed.

What happened to the orders I made before the new site launched?

All your orders are safely stored in our old shop. All credits have been transferred and can be viewed in My Dashboard under My Credits.

We are busy working on making a history of your orders from the old shop available, but if you need to know anything about your orders in the meantime, please contact us via Live Help.
