    My son was literally about to start this Mock and cannot see the option to “Do/start Mock” what is going on?

    We’ve the same problem. There is no option. I’ve raised the issue to admin team, but there is no response yet.

    One reason Tests C might not show for you is if you have already done Tests C on an earlier date. Please kindly contact us via our contact form for queries specific to your virtual mock bookings so we can assist you timeously.

    i signed my daughter for test A, B, C and D. she did A and B but we can’t find C and D any help please. thank you

    Unable to find the green DO MOCK button for 22 Aug Test C . Please help. No reply from the admin team yet. I was expecting it would be active for 3 days.

    Hi,

    We were unaware Test C cannot booked twice for different dates. Could you please reset to any available Test A, Test B or test D before the time slot expires today.

    Hi,

    Unable to do Test A. I have tired yesterday and today but have no option to do the virtual mock. Have sent a message via the contact form but I fear that it won’t be completed now in time.

    Please contact us via our contact form for personalised assistance. It is likely that you already completed Tests A earlier in the year, so your booking will need to be converted to Tests E if you have already completed Tests A-D.
