    Hi, I just bought £10 credits and I do not have Unlimited access to the shuffle questions, the webpage tells me I need to buy credits. I have now access to a list of test which I have assigned, but still no access to unlimited shuffle questions.

    There seems to be a problem relating to you having two parent accounts (one of which is the main parent account that has not been verified, nor purchased any credits). Please confirm whether you require both parent accounts or only actually the one that HAS made an order i.e. the account that you were logged into when writing this forum post?

    Hi, thanks for your reply. I created two accounts because when I created the first one I never received the verification email. I only require the one I made the order (i.e. gate7swan email).

    Please let me know when this is ready.

    The extra account has now been deleted and question shuffle is now accessible to your student.

    Hi thanks for your message, unfortunately we tried again today and it keeps showing the same message saying we need credits. Could you please look at it again and let me know? Thanks

    Are you able to do the 10 free questions daily and then the message (saying you need credits to do more) comes up after that?

    Yes that is correct, after doing the 10 free questions I get the message.

    Our technical support team had another look at the issue, something else did need updating so it should be working now. Apologies for the delay.
