    can you assist please? my daughter is clicking on the correct answer but nothing seems to be working


    Hi the web site does not seem to work ,she is trying to click on answers but nothing is happening. Can you please help.


    My daughter has been attempting the 2009 and 2008 verbal reasoning mock tests but when she clicks on an answer it does not not register. This problem has not been experienced with any other tests. Can you please help?

    My test won’t come up with different options so I can’t really do the test. Is there anyway I can solve this or is it the computer?


    the test on when given on mac is not giving the option to choose the answers, therefore please update your page


    Hi – I have another issue that I raised in a different part of the site but I haven’t had a response on as yet. My daughter has been trying to do tests all week but everytime she tries the system will not record her chosen answer. She will try and click on the answer but then nothing happens.

    Can you please help as we have not experienced this before.

    Sorry to hear that the system is not working for you. Could you please give us more information so we can replicate the issue here.

    What device are you using (PC, Mac, iPad, Android phone etc)?
    What browser are you using?
    When you say ‘nothing seems to be working’, what do you mean?
    Can you see the little rectangular selection box?
    Do any error messages appear?

    If you send us more information then we will be able to resolve the issue.

    Hi – As of this morning we are no longer experiencing this problem. However, for information the test was being performed on a mac utilising OSX10.9.3 and safari 7.0.4. No error message was shown. My daughter would click on an answer and the answer would not be registered – this happened on all tests she tried. This was first noticed shortly after I purchased additional credit.



    Thank you for providing more information. A change was made to COAsT yesterday in the hopes that it would resolve any such issue, so very glad to hear the problem is not persisting.

    Macs – always doing something different. Anyway, please of course get in touch should any other issues be observed.
