ParticipantHi, I wonder if someone could help me, please…I cannot figure out how my daughter (Student) can log in. I have read that I need to log out first, but when I log back in everything is under my name. I have added her as a Student already and have assigned some tests, but cannot seem to progress from there. Many thanks!

ModeratorHello Sarah,
When you created your parent account, did you add your daughter as your student and enter up all her details – including her own password and username?
If you did, your daughter should log in using her own password and username. If you log in, for your daughter to complete some online exercises that you have assigned to her, you will only see your details.
Hope that helps – if not please come back to us.

ParticipantThe test is called “Assorted retry questions”

ModeratorHello hk2009,
There is not a test called “Assorted retry questions”.
The only way you can retry questions is to be logged in as a student and go to ‘RETRY QUESTIONS’. You will see this in your dashboard.
I hope that helps.

ParticipantHello,
My question is a follow up on this question – My daughter is added as a student but I did not have any login or PW created for her. Could you please let me know how to do this now? THanks in advance.

ModeratorHello Bibdiya-nair,
To add your student to your parent account you would have needed to put in her username and create a password for her – without doing this she doe not have an account.
Go to ‘MY 11PLUS’ and students, then click on ‘add student’ to fill in your daughter’s details and make a username, password etc. Please see:

KeymasterI have just checked your account and you have added a student (username = TNair), so you can go to My 11Plus > My Students > View / Edit / Log In Student(s) where you can either click ‘login’ for that student, or edit their password (if you have forgotten what you entered when creating the account) so that you know their login details.

ModeratorHello betty-2,
Please have a look here about how to add a student account:
After registering, you should be taken to the first step of adding a student, which is entering all of their relevant information in order to create their account. Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
LOG IN to your Parent or Tutor account.
Go to My 11PLUS
Click on the My Students tab.
Click the ‘+ Add Student’ button on the right.
Enter all relevant details, including the date of their exam, and their 2 school choices (you may choose unknown if you do not know).
After adding a student, you will need to assign them the tests you would like them to take.
You can add another student by following the same process.October 11, 2020 at 12:28 #282746nozboz
