    I used to get test results emailed to me but this has stopped for some reason and I can’t see how to get this functionality back


    The Result Emails (sent immediately after a test has been taken) and Activity Report Emails (summary of tests taken in the chosen period) were started up again yesterday so you should receive them from now on. But if you do not receive an email after the next test your student completes, please kindly check your junk folder and if it is there, please add our email address to your safe sender list.

    If you do not receive one at all, please get in touch again so we can investigate further.



    Thanks – I am now getting the weekly summary but still not the emails after each exam has been completed. If someone could look into this it would be appreciated.



    I just checked your profile and the ‘Receive results email’ option was not ticked. I ticked it for you so now you should receive results emails too.
