In the dashboard logged in as student, there are options to re-do questions – however I am only interested in the maths questions and also this year student (had one previously). Is there a way to filter the re-do questions by subjects, and by assigned students?
The ‘RETRY A QUESTION’ mixes up all of the examined 11+ subjects and cannot be filtered. The ‘DO QUESTIONS NOW’ (also known as Shuffle) is the same.
You only way to target specific maths questions, that your student had incorrect, would be when you review completed maths tests, as you can then clearly see any incorrect answers given by a student – it’s always a good idea to review tests/exercises. If you wanted your student to work out the answer again, you could then read it out or write down the question. Alternatively, you could carefully not show your student the multiple-choices or explanation for an online question review so that they have to work it out again.
I'm an out of county mum and registered my son for the Bucks 11+ which he sat last month in the half term. Before the exams we made him sit for one Chuckra mock test which indicated that he had no chance for grammar school given that test score, it was not good. After the mock my husband and I literally stretched our boy with all your on-line resources morning and evening. We didn't use an external tutor, I served as his main tutor and my husband supported. Our boy is smart however, sometimes he tends to be very lazy so we needed to push him very hard.To cut a long story short, his Bucks results came through the post today and he had SMASHED it. He passed excellently and nearly got 141! We are so pleased and want to thank you also for your on-line resources. To all parents out there who feel daunted, please keep up the hard work it will pay off.... Read More
