Accessing Question Shuffle

    Hi
    I am trying to access the the Question Shuffle feature on COAST but cannot seem to find it. I logged in as a student and the option does not come up in the Test list for COAST. I have booked 2 Mock exams so assuming I have some credits as a result of that. Can you help please

    Hello Npunge,

    The shuffle feature is in the student’s COAsT account. Have a look in the dashboard and you will see ‘QUESTIONS TO DO’ (under ‘Practice Questions’) – that is the Shuffle feature. It is not featured as a test to do.

    Let us know if you still struggle to find it.

    Hello,

    Question Shuffle is the top option in your student dashboard – ‘Practice New Question’. After the first question, you can press ‘next’ and choose the subject/question type.

    I do not know how to access the student dashboard. I would love to access the app but it keeps on going back to the demonstration video. Please reply soon. I have my 11+ Kent in two days.

    Hello Jeymensah20,

    Your student dashboard is in the MY 11PLUS tab on the homepage.

    You will find this if you have been added to a parent or tutor account. Use your own log-in details.

    Shuffle is called ‘Do a new Question’

    Hi, why doesn’t the question shuffle come up? I’ve watched the explainer video for it and then it said there’s a free question shuffle and I’d like to do that, or I could buy it and do it. Please let me know how to access it. (✿◕‿◕✿) And I’ve seen what other people have been asking you moderators and you’ve told them that you need to go on the student dashboard and it just keeps loading me back the same page.

    Also another thing I would like to add is, we’ve bought and booked a mock test exam and it hasn’t shown up, we have paid for it and have saved the receipt for proof of us buying it, Could you explain how we go and do the mock tests we’ve bought?

    You were logged into your Parent account when writing this forum post. Do you know how to log in to your student account?
    If not, please get in touch via our contact us form to request support with logging in.
    If you can log in to the student account, go to ‘My 11Plus’ in the top menu to get to the student dashboard.

    You need to be able to log in to your student account to do the virtual mocks.
