How do Credits work?
Credits are used to
- print tests
- assign tests for Students to do online.
If a test is completed online, Students will be able to retry any questions they got wrong in the form of mixed mini-tests until they get them right. This is the most efficient way of practising as there is no need for Students to spend ages repeating questions they previously got correct. Retaking a whole test can be done and no extra credits will be taken.
How Can I Buy Credits?
You can buy Credits either via Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. You can buy credit packs from anywhere in COAsT by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and selecting the bundle you want to buy when logged in to your Parent or Tutor account.
Credits are valid for 365 days from date of purchase.
My Credits Aren’t Showing Up!
Sometimes credits take a little while to show – you may need to log out and back in again to get the correct amount to show.
Where Can I See the Status of My Credits?
You can check on how many credits you bought, used and have remaining in the ‘Dashboard’ tab in My 11plus. Click on ‘My Credits’ to view your credit balance. If you have recently used credits then you may need to refresh the page for the correct balance to appear.
I Have Assigned the Wrong Test – Can I Get a Credit Refund?
If you have assigned the wrong test to one of your students, you can unassign it for a full credit refund. You cannot get a refund if your student has already started the test, so please ensure the correct test has been assigned before your student starts it.
I Bought an Upgrade Pack on the Old Site – Do I Lose That?
No! Your upgrade pack will be converted into Credits for use in the new site, and you will still have access to all of the same tests.
