Hi,

We have just moved from Wembley to Altrincham (Trafford) in Cheshire. My son will be in Year 5 in Sep 2010. As Trafford has 11+ exams, we need to find him a tutor in Verbal Reasoning as he seems to have a problem with it. He is good with his Maths.

May I know how/where we can find a Verbal Reasoning tutor for my son? Would prefer recommendations from parents or friends whose children have used the tutor before.

Hello from another tutor in Trafford (Sale). I also am very happy to help/advise but unfortunately have no space at the present time to take on any new pupils.
Just to let you know that I am planning to provide Mock Exam morning(s)early & later on next year using the exams set by Chuckra (this site) - suitable for Year 5 pupils. Also there are VR 'Quick Start' and Revision days planned for Easter 2011.

Presume you already know that the Trafford exams are based on GL Assessment and/or the old Trafford 11+ exam. Most schools will hand out sample papers next year when you attend their infomation eveings but the material on this site, eppecially the VR videos,are a GREAT place to start the practice!
