HI i cant seem to download the sats english papers..is this a fault on the site or has anyone else experienced this?

i am logged in and have never had this problem before

can someone please get back to me as i am going out of my mind!

Can you describe the problem more? What is the name of the file you are having problems with and what is actually happening?
