My daughter keeps being asked to log in again during a test. This can waste a couple of minutes each time and unfortunately the clock keeps ticking on the test. Is this a set-up problem my end or with Chuckra? Thanks.

well it also happens to me and it annoys me because i cant finish my test it is not your problem it is chuckra

Are you talking about the online tests on this site (11plus.co.uk) or the games on the brain experiment site?

We use an open source product called Moodle for our online tests on 11plus.co.uk. It's used by many schools and universities. We are aware that it is far from perfect (I hate it myself!). Ideally we would like to upgrade the testing area to a really nice, simple and quick system. Unfortunately, this will not happen for a while.

The problem may be to do with cookie settings. It's possible that adjusting your security settings may eliminate the problem. Hard to tell without seeing the problem myself.

Sorry I can't be of more help right now. If you give me more details we may be able to fix the problem.

Thanks for your reply. The problem is on the 11plus.co.uk website in the online tests section. Having already logged on in order to do the tests, approximately every 30 minutes, a request comes on screen to renew the log-in details, ie username and password. Unfortunately, this is in the middle of doing a test. It may well be the cookies so I will check out my end as well.
