Confusion

We've had numerous angry phone calls, and recently a forum post, complaining about bad mock tests. These people had mistakenly booked mock tests on another site thinking they were Chuckra Mock Test Days.

Various other 11 plus sites have cropped up with very similar names to our sites. This is bad because it's easy for people to confuse these - often dodgy - sites with ours. So, before you book a Chuckra 11+ Mock Test Day, please make sure you are on the right site.

Two mock tests - best for many students

The first Chuckra Mock Test Day took place in Manchester on Saturday and ran very smoothly. The scores so far have been on the low side. The same thing happens every year. What we find is that, in general, students did much better on their second mock test day (different papers of same difficulty). We put this down to having fewer nerves in the second test. This greater sense of calm can also be carried through into the real exam day so we recommend attending more than one mock test session for this reason.

More mock tests are taking place across the country from now until October.
