On this site you can choose to download 11+ practice papers and print them and take them on paper or take them online. We have received quite a bit of feedback from people who say they prefer the old fashioned paper method.

There is some sense in this as, at this point, the actual 11+ Exam is paper based. We definitely advise that a large proportion of your 11 plus practice should be done on paper, but online 11 plus tests can be a great tool too. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious, but remember that you can still write notes on a piece of paper when taking the 11+ online tests. We have heard of more than one child trying to do all the question types in their head. That's probably good for the brain but perhaps a bit too challenging for a 10 year old. Having said that, some of the 21 verbal reasoning question types can (and should) be done in your head.
