11+ Exam Fatigue
If you notice a slight dip in your child's performance, they may be suffering from 11+ exam fatigue.

The next few months are going to be a busy time for your child.  Your child will have to settle in to a new school year, attend Grammar School open days and still find time to practise for the 11 plus exam.

We advise giving your child a break for a few days and letting them enjoy the remainder of the school holiday. Many parents notice an unexplained dip in their child's performance around this time. Often this can be down to 11+ exam fatigue. Too many practice papers over the holidays can bore your child to the point where their brains give up slightly. Luckily there is still time before the actual exam day to get back into peak performance. Allow a few rest days now and your child will be refreshed and ready to start more intense practice in the run up to the eleven plus exam.
